Required reading

This is by far the best study of Jerusalem that I have read these many years. Jerome Murphy-O'Connor is a renown biblical scholar
and this collection of essays on Jerusalem is required reading for anyone interested in the history, archeology and spirituality of the Holy City.

Better than Expected

This work by Jerome Murphy-O'Connor was quite a lucky find. At first, I thought that a collection of essays would be boring. I was wrong. This is an excellent study on Jerusalem. I could not put it down. I highly recommend this for anyone who has the slightest interst in the Holy Land. Murhpy-O'Connor is a leading scholar on the subject and you will not be disappointed.
